Caedraw’s rugby juniors helped to reclaim their sartorial edge
Youngsters at Caedraw Primary School in Merthyr have been stepping onto the rugby pitch with renewed pride recently, thanks to the support of Miller Argent.
Miller Argent has sponsored a full set of brand new playing kit for the rugby-mad youngsters at the school, so that they can take on other schools in region.
Coach Craig Lynch said “Our old kit was looking extremely tired. However, thanks to the generosity of Miller Argent, the youngsters have a renewed sense of pride in wearing their school colours. The design and quality of the new kit is excellent and youngsters couldn’t wait to represent the school on the rugby field sporting their distinctive new strip.”
The Caedraw team is open to boys and girls aged 7 to 11 and they are looking forward to the rest of the season’s games against other school teams in the area. “Supporting grass roots sport is something we firmly believe in because it promotes a healthy, active lifestyle, but it’s important to have the right equipment,” said Neil Brown, Managing Director at Miller Argent.
