Miller Argent (South Wales) Limited is a joint venture between:

The company has been specifically created to carry out the 'Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme'.  It owns the freehold and/or controls under a 999 year lease over 3,500 acres of land including the Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme.

The Miller Group Limited is the UK's largest privately owned housebuilding, property development; and construction services company. Argent Group PLC is a large London based property development company. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the British Telecom Pension Scheme (BTPS).  BTPS has net assets in excess of £20 billion. The company specialises in prestigious urban regeneration schemes and has successfully completed projects in major cities throughout the UK. It is currently involved in largescale projects in London, Manchester, Birmingham and South Wales.
