The company has been specifically created to carry out the 'Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme'. It owns the freehold and/or controls under a 999 year lease over 3,500 acres of land including the Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme.

The company specialises in prestigious urban regeneration schemes and has successfully completed projects in major cities throughout the UK. It is currently involved in largescale projects in London, Manchester, Birmingham and South Wales.
